Concrete Lifting and Crack Repair in Payson, UT

Payson sits near the south end of Utah County. It's home to Onion Days every Labor Day weekend and the starting point of the Nebo Loop up Payson Canyon. There are older neighborhoods near Main Street, newer subdivisions, and plenty of larger lots with long driveways and RV pads, and all of that concrete goes through the same freeze-thaw winters.

Utah Concrete Lifting and Repair is a family business based up the road in Mapleton. Owner Drew Hubbard, a licensed and insured General Contractor (Utah license 12877564-5501, B100) with 20+ years of construction experience, and his son Trevin lift sunken concrete back into place with polyurethane foam. We've helped 2,000+ homeowners and earned 200+ five-star Google reviews.

Payson homes range from older streets off Main Street to newer subdivisions on bigger lots with long driveways and RV pads. Payson Canyon and the Nebo Loop are right on the edge of town. Like the rest of south Utah County, Payson gets freeze-thaw winters, and the Utah Geological Survey notes that clay-rich soils swell when wet and shrink when dry. Over time that moves slabs.

Utah Concrete Lifting and Repair lifts sunken driveways, RV pads, sidewalks, steps and patios with a custom 3 lb hydrophobic polyurethane foam made locally by Utah Foam Products: made in our area, for our area. You can walk on it right away and drive on it after about 4 hours. We also repair cracks and joints, and we offer densifying as an add-on. There's no minimum charge. Owner Drew Hubbard has 20+ years of construction experience, and we've served 2,000+ customers.

We work all over south Utah County, including Spanish Fork, Springville, Mapleton and Nephi. Get a free estimate or call (385) 398-9886.

Why concrete sinks in Payson

Freeze-thaw cycles, downspouts that empty next to slabs, overspraying sprinklers, and soil that shrinks, swells, or washes out all play a part. If drainage is part of your problem, we'll point it out so the fix lasts.

How polyurethane concrete lifting works

  1. We drill small holes, about 3/8 inch across (roughly the size of a dime), in the sunken slab.

  2. We inject high-density polyurethane foam underneath.

  3. The foam expands, fills the empty spaces under the slab, and lifts the concrete back into position.

  4. We patch the holes.

  5. You can walk on your concrete right away and drive on it after about 4 hours.

We use a custom-made 3 lb hydrophobic polyurethane foam, made locally by Utah Foam Products: made in our area, for our area. There's no jackhammering, no hauling away old concrete, and no waiting for new concrete to cure. Compare methods in Polyjacking vs. Mudjacking in Utah.

What concrete lifting costs in Payson

We use the same pricing in Payson as everywhere else we work:

  • Typical sidewalk: $300 to $1,200, depending on length and other factors

  • Driveway panel: $300 to $800, depending on size and how much lift is needed

  • Steps, patios, and other jobs: free estimate

  • Minimum job charge: None

A fuel surcharge may apply for remote jobs. Your exact price comes from a free on-site estimate. For what raises or lowers the price, see our Utah concrete lifting cost guide.

Our 3-year warranty

Every lifting job comes with a 3-year warranty. If a slab we lifted settles more than 1/4 inch within three years, we come back and lift it again. Lifting doesn't change the soil, so we'll also point out drainage problems worth fixing. Read the full warranty.
