Concrete Lifting in Nephi, Utah
Nephi sits at the foot of Mount Nebo, down I-15 past Santaquin, and it's one of the cities we make a point of serving. Homeowners in Nephi deal with the same sunken driveways, tilted steps, and trip hazards as anyone on the Wasatch Front.
Utah Concrete Lifting & Repair is a family-owned company based in Mapleton. Owner Drew Hubbard is a licensed and insured General Contractor (Utah license 12877564-5501, B100) with more than 20 years of building homes and working with concrete. We lift sunken concrete with polyurethane foam, usually for 50% to 80% less than replacement.

Making a trip to Nephi worth it for you
Because Nephi is farther from our home base, here's how to get the most out of your free estimate:
-
Text photos ahead of time to (385) 398-9886 so we know what to expect.
-
Walk your whole property and list every slab that bothers you: driveway, sidewalk, patio, steps, garage floor. We can look at all of it in one visit.
-
Ask about the fuel surcharge. Our standard pricing applies in Nephi, but a fuel surcharge may apply for remote jobs. Ask about it when you call so there are no surprises.
Concrete lifting jobs in Nephi
Driveways
A sunken driveway panel causes a jolt every time you pull in, catches snow shovels, and can hold water that freezes into an ice patch. We lift it back into line.
Sidewalks and walkways
We remove trip hazards on front walks and sidewalks by lifting the low panel flush with its neighbors.
Patios and steps
Patios that tilt toward the house and steps that have settled away from the door can often be lifted rather than torn out.
Garage floors
Sunken sections of a garage floor can often be lifted back to level.
How polyurethane lifting works
-
We drill small holes, about 3/8 inch across, in the sunken slab.
-
We inject high-density polyurethane foam beneath it.
-
The foam expands, fills the empty spaces under the slab, and raises the concrete.
-
We patch the holes.
-
The foam cures in 15 to 30 minutes, so the concrete is usable almost right away.
The foam is lightweight and 100% hydrophobic, so it won't wash out with spring runoff or sprinkler water. Learn more on our why polyurethane injection page.
