Concrete Lifting in Mapleton, Utah: Our Home Base

Mapleton is home for us. Our business address is 1565 West Park Meadows Drive, at the foot of Maple Mountain between Springville and Spanish Fork. Mapleton's bigger lots mean longer driveways, RV pads, shop aprons and plenty of walkways, and every one of those slabs goes through the freeze-thaw winters and spring runoff that make concrete settle.

Utah Concrete Lifting and Repair is a family business run by owner Drew Hubbard and his son Trevin. Drew is a licensed and insured General Contractor (Utah license 12877564-5501, B100) with 20+ years of construction experience. We've helped 2,000+ homeowners and earned 200+ five-star Google reviews. When you call from Mapleton, you're calling a neighbor.

Concrete problems we fix in Mapleton

Long driveways and RV pads

On a big lot, a driveway or RV pad often has several panels, and one sunken joint is all it takes to catch a tire or a snow shovel. See driveway lifting and RV pad lifting.

Walkways and sidewalks

A sidewalk square that has dropped an inch is easy to trip over. We lift it flush with its neighbors. See sidewalk trip hazard repair.

Steps, patios and garage floors

Steps that tip toward the house, patios that slope the wrong way, and dropped garage floor sections can usually be lifted rather than replaced. See step and porch lifting and patio lifting.

Why concrete sinks in Mapleton

Freeze-thaw cycles, downspouts that empty next to slabs, overspraying sprinklers, and soil that shrinks, swells, or washes out all play a part. If drainage is part of your problem, we'll point it out so the fix lasts.

How polyurethane concrete lifting works

  1. We drill small holes, about 3/8 inch across (roughly the size of a dime), in the sunken slab.

  2. We inject high-density polyurethane foam underneath.

  3. The foam expands, fills the empty spaces under the slab, and lifts the concrete back into position.

  4. We patch the holes.

  5. You can walk on your concrete right away and drive on it after about 4 hours.

We use a custom-made 3 lb hydrophobic polyurethane foam, made locally by Utah Foam Products: made in our area, for our area. There's no jackhammering, no hauling away old concrete, and no waiting for new concrete to cure. Compare methods in Polyjacking vs. Mudjacking in Utah.

What concrete lifting costs in Mapleton

We use the same pricing in Mapleton as everywhere else we work:

  • Typical sidewalk: $300 to $1,200, depending on length and other factors

  • Driveway panel: $300 to $800, depending on size and how much lift is needed

  • Steps, patios, and other jobs: free estimate

  • Minimum job charge: None

A fuel surcharge may apply for remote jobs. Your exact price comes from a free on-site estimate. For what raises or lowers the price, see our Utah concrete lifting cost guide.

Our 3-year warranty

Every lifting job comes with a 3-year warranty. If a slab we lifted settles more than 1/4 inch within three years, we come back and lift it again (a fuel fee may apply). Lifting doesn't change the soil, so we'll also point out drainage problems worth fixing. Read the full warranty.
