Concrete lifting jobs we do in Spanish Fork

Driveways

A driveway panel that drops creates a bump when you pull in, a lip that catches snow shovels, and often a puddle that freezes in winter. Lifting the panel back up fixes all three.

Patios and pool decks

A patio that tips toward the house sends water the wrong way, and an uneven pool deck is a trip hazard where people walk barefoot. Both can often be lifted back to level instead of replaced.

Sidewalks, walkways, and steps

We remove trip hazards between sidewalk squares and lift steps that have settled or tipped.

Garage floors

Sunken garage floor sections can often be lifted to even out the floor and the transition to your driveway.

The two-part fix: lift it, then seal it

Lifting gets your concrete back where it belongs. Sealing helps keep it there. Open cracks and joints let water get under your slabs, and that water can wash out soil and cause frost heaving during Utah's freeze-thaw cycles. Water gets underneath, freezes, expands, and leaves gaps when it thaws.

That's why it can make sense to pair concrete lifting with our crack and joint caulking service. We grind, clean, and prep the crack or joint, install backer rod or the right fill material, and inject a flexible silicone or polyether sealant. Ask about it during your estimate.

We'll also point out simple drainage fixes, like extending a downspout or adjusting a sprinkler that soaks a slab.

How foam lifting works

We drill small holes about 3/8 inch across, roughly the size of a dime. Then we inject high-density polyurethane foam under the slab. The foam expands, fills the empty space, and raises the concrete. We patch the holes, and the foam cures in 15 to 30 minutes, so you can use your concrete almost right away.

The foam weighs about 2 to 4 pounds per cubic foot, compared with over 100 pounds per cubic foot for mudjacking slurry. That means it adds very little weight to the ground underneath. See the full comparison in Polyjacking vs. Mudjacking in Utah.

Spanish Fork concrete lifting FAQ

How quickly can you get on my schedule?

After a free estimate, we can often schedule the work fairly soon, sometimes within a few days.

Can you lift my pool deck?

Pool decks are one of the surfaces we work on. Every pool deck is different, so we'll take a look during a free estimate before quoting.

Should I seal cracks after lifting?

It's a good idea. Sealed cracks and joints keep water out from under your slabs. Ask about our crack and joint caulking during your estimate.

Will you tell me if lifting isn't worth it?

Yes. If your concrete is crumbling or broken into many pieces, lifting isn't the right fix, and we'll say so. See more on our FAQ page.
