RV Pad Concrete Lifting in Utah
If your RV pad has sunk, tilted, or dropped where it meets the driveway, we can usually lift it back to level with polyurethane foam instead of tearing it out. We drill small holes, inject foam underneath, and patch the holes. You can walk on the pad right away, and park on it after about 4 hours.

Why RV pads sink in Utah
Heavy, concentrated loads
An RV or trailer puts a lot of weight on a few tire and jack points, often for months.
Side-yard drainage
RV pads often run along a side yard, where downspouts and sprinklers soak the soil.
Freeze-thaw and soil
Freeze-thaw gaps plus Utah County clay and bench soils that move with moisture.
Why it matters
A tilted pad makes it harder to park and level your RV, and a drop at the driveway catches tires every time.
Before we arrive
Move the RV, trailer, and vehicles off the pad so we can reach every section.
How polyurethane concrete lifting works
-
We drill small holes, about 3/8 inch across (roughly the size of a dime), in the sunken slab.
-
We inject high-density polyurethane foam underneath.
-
The foam expands, fills the empty spaces under the slab, and lifts the concrete back into position.
-
We patch the holes.
-
You can walk on the pad right away and park your RV on it after about 4 hours.
We use a custom-made 3 lb hydrophobic polyurethane foam, made locally by Utah Foam Products: made in our area, for our area. It's light, so it lifts the slab without loading soil that's already settling.

Minimum job charge: None
Replacing an RV pad means demolition, a new pour, and a long wait before a heavy RV can park on new concrete. If the pad is in one piece or a few solid pieces, lifting keeps it. Your exact price comes from a free on-site estimate. For what raises or lowers the price, see our Utah concrete lifting cost guide.
Our 3-year warranty
Every lifting job comes with a 3-year warranty. If a slab we lifted settles more than 1/4 inch within three years, we come back and lift it again (a fuel fee may apply). Lifting doesn't change the soil, so we'll also point out drainage problems worth fixing. Read the full warranty.
RV pads and winter
If your RV is parked for the winter, spring is an easy time to level the pad. We lift only when it's above 40°F and the slab is clear of snow and ice. If a problem shows up mid-winter, we'll schedule the next day that meets both conditions.
RV pad FAQ
Can you lift an RV pad that's tilting toward the house?
Usually, yes. We lift the low side so the pad sits level and sheds water away from the house.
How soon can I park my RV after lifting?
The pad is ready for RV parking about 4 hours after we finish, so usually later the same day.
How much does it cost to lift an RV pad?
It depends on size, access, and how much foam is needed, so we price RV pads after an on-site look.
Can you lift the driveway at the same time?
Yes. We can look at everything in one estimate. See driveway concrete lifting.
Where we lift RV pads
