Concrete Lifting in Saratoga Springs, Utah
Saratoga Springs has grown fast along the west shore of Utah Lake, with neighborhoods like Harvest Hills, Jacob's Ranch and Wildflower full of newer homes. New concrete isn't immune to settling, though. Many neighborhoods here sit on clay that swells when wet and shrinks when dry, and that movement makes slabs shift and sink.
Utah Concrete Lifting and Repair lifts sunken driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps and garage floors throughout Saratoga Springs. We're a family business based in Mapleton, run by owner Drew Hubbard (Utah license 12877564-5501, B100), who has 20+ years of construction experience, and his son Trevin. We've helped 2,000+ homeowners and earned 200+ five-star Google reviews.

Concrete problems we fix in Saratoga Springs
Driveways
A dip where the driveway meets the garage, or a panel that has dropped at the sidewalk, is the most common problem we see. See driveway lifting.
Patios
Back patios that tilt toward the house send rain and snowmelt the wrong way. See patio lifting.
Sidewalks, steps and garage floors
We remove trip hazards between sidewalk squares, level settled steps, and lift sunken garage floor sections.
"My house is new. Why is my concrete sinking?"
Clay soils, freeze-thaw cycles, and drainage on new lots: downspouts next to slabs, new sprinklers, and grading that hasn't settled. See the Utah Geological Survey on problem soils.
How polyurethane concrete lifting works
-
We drill small holes, about 3/8 inch across (roughly the size of a dime), in the sunken slab.
-
We inject high-density polyurethane foam underneath.
-
The foam expands, fills the empty spaces under the slab, and lifts the concrete back into position.
-
We patch the holes.
-
You can walk on your concrete right away and drive on it after about 4 hours.
We use a custom-made 3 lb hydrophobic polyurethane foam, made locally by Utah Foam Products: made in our area, for our area. There's no jackhammering, no hauling away old concrete, and no waiting for new concrete to cure. Compare methods in Polyjacking vs. Mudjacking in Utah.

Our 3-year warranty
Every lifting job comes with a 3-year warranty. If a slab we lifted settles more than 1/4 inch within three years, we come back and lift it again (a fuel fee may apply). Lifting doesn't change the soil, so we'll also point out drainage problems worth fixing. Read the full warranty.
Saratoga Springs concrete lifting FAQ
Why is my new driveway already sinking?
Clay soils, freeze-thaw cycles, and drainage on newer lots are the usual causes. We lift the slab and point out drainage fixes that help it stay put.
Is foam better than mudjacking on clay soil?
Our 3 lb foam is far lighter than mudjacking slurry, which weighs over 100 pounds per cubic foot, so it adds far less load to soil that's already moving.
How soon can I park on it?
You can walk on it right away and park on it after about 4 hours, usually later the same day.
Can you lift concrete in the winter?
Yes, when it's above 40°F and the slab is clear of snow and ice. We'll schedule the next day that meets both conditions.
